Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute lifecycle strategies for support equipment and plant, including acquisition, sustainment, replacement, and disposal planning.
  • •Ensure equipment availability and readiness to support fleet sustainment and flying operations.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary maintenance, technical, and workshop teams across multiple locations.
  • •Manage asset management systems, configuration control, technical governance, and engineering assurance processes.
  • •Drive obsolescence management, asset rationalisation, cost optimisation, and operational performance value.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading lifecycle management of complex assets, equipment fleets, or technical systems.
