Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop legal processes, templates, and playbooks for corporate and commercial needs.

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner contracts end to end.

Key Requirements

  • •6–9 years of experience in corporate/commercial legal work, ideally with both top startup-focused law firm experience and in-house experience.
  • •Background in general corporate law, tech transactions, and commercial contracts, ideally supporting venture-backed or growth-stage companies.
  • •Strong commercial contracting track record, including drafting and negotiating customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
  • •Excellent judgment on when to resolve issues directly versus bringing in outside counsel.
