Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with pilots and crew via company radio, answering operational questions and handling flight service requests.
  • •Facilitate aircraft turns and coordinate with other departments to mitigate issues and achieve on-time departures.
  • •Create and manage gating plans, including pre-planning international arrival gating and adjusting gates for swaps, routing changes, and cancellations.
  • •Monitor and respond to flight activity across assigned radio channels and update internal systems (including FLIFO and power/air tables).
  • •Coordinate ramp activities such as taxi instructions, pushback approval (where applicable), FAA handoffs, de-icing oversight, and fuel onboard monitoring.
