Job Summary

Lead global payroll technology, owning the DT landscape across production support, enhancements, stability, and issue resolution. Serve as a bridge across Payroll Ops, HR, Finance, and DT, evaluating upstream/downstream impacts across HR, payroll, benefits, and integrations. Manage an offshore Payroll DT team, drive automation and cost optimization, and support go-lives with E2E/regression testing and disaster recovery planning. Partner with vendors and write technical specifications while performing reporting and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead global payroll technology landscape, including production support and enhancements.
•Ensure payroll system stability and timely resolution of issues.
•Bridge Payroll Ops, HR, Finance, and DT teams; evaluate impacts across HR, payroll, benefits, and integrations.
•Lead and manage offshore Payroll DT team, setting priorities and ensuring delivery.
•Drive continuous improvement through automation and cost optimization, and support go-lives (testing and disaster recovery).

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in Payroll Technology/HRIS/Enterprise Systems, with strong payroll platform experience (ADP Global View, Ev5, Workday, etc.).
•Experience managing production support and payroll operations.
•Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
•Experience with large-scale implementations, including payroll transformation programs.
•Strong understanding of integrations and data flow across systems, with good project life-cycle knowledge.
