Key Responsibilities

  • •Tag/record general equipment line items in N-ERP and complete daily N-ERP transactions to ensure accurate asset recording timelines.
  • •Conduct general equipment physical inventories, spot checks, and container inventories, including validating shipping manifests against container contents.
  • •Maintain, reconcile, and ensure auditable general equipment property records for Assets Under Development, Fixed Assets, and Accumulated Depreciation; meet FIAR standards.
  • •Perform daily stock screening and produce daily, weekly, and monthly Property reports covering inventory, property pass, MILSTRIP, stock screening, OM&S, and GE.
  • •Update standard operating procedures and provide assistance and support to technical departments and property management stakeholders on equipment property and N-ERP issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a current DoD Interim Secret clearance (Secret preferred).
  • •Associate's degree OR three (3) years of related experience in inventory management.
  • •Experience with inventory management, procurement, or purchasing.
  • •Knowledge and experience with the N-ERP inventory control tool, including creating Unique Material Master (UMM) records.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work independently across online databases to resolve issues and respond to customer requests.
