•Develop and deliver high-impact consulting projects and solutions for Visa’s North America network clients in the banking and payments space.
•Manage a sales pipeline of client targets and sell consulting engagements against a sales target.
•Collaborate with Visa internal teams and other delivery partners for account planning and solution design to address key client growth initiatives.
•Create frameworks and recommendations that link insights to client outcomes, including profitability, growth, customer acquisition, and life cycle optimization.
•Analyze large data sets and produce insights, analyses, and strategic guidance to improve client performance and drive understanding of client issues.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or 2 years with a PhD).
•Relevant experience at a large management consulting firm or US financial institution payments/financial services experience.
•Strong analytical/quantitative background using financial indicators to measure business performance.
•Knowledge of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products and services, business systems/processes, and card issuing experience.
•Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
