Job Summary

Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) software solutions, serving as a technical subject matter expert for platforms such as Enablon, ETQ, Cority, Sphera, and Intelex. Configure and extend systems, design and propose solutions based on client needs, coordinate global teams, and guide configuration/testing, integrations, data migration, and go-live support. Also provide ongoing advanced support and best practices to regional project teams.

•Lead project teams to ensure successful implementation of EHS software solutions, including system design, configuration, and deployment.
•Serve as a subject matter expert to provide best practices and deep technical expertise in functionality and configuration.
•Manage the full lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment: requirements refinement and documentation, leading configuration teams, system testing, integrations, data migration, and go-live readiness.
•Support project managers with risk and budget performance through task planning, tracking, and reporting.
•Provide ongoing responsive support and advanced configuration best practices for solutions such as Enablon to regional project teams, resolving open issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Minimum 4 years of experience in the EHS field with demonstrated proficiency with Enablon.
•Experience defining and developing integrations, including dashboards and reports.
•Strong written/verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
•Ability to independently research and resolve client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
