Supervisor, Income Processing – Wealth Operations

Lead and oversee income processing and related operational activities within Wealth Operations, ensuring transactions are posted accurately and efficiently in compliance with policies and service expectations. Supervise staff and daily/weekly/monthly settlement workflows, manage income-processing liability and risk, and support processing of special trust/asset types. Drive conversion and testing plans, oversee department workflow, and coach team members on departmental projects, training, and day-to-day issues.
