Job Summary

Forecast advanced packaging demand and starts to align wafer-level demand and supply, supporting both short-term execution and long-term capacity planning. Build and maintain constrained planning models, run multi-scenario analyses, and evaluate impacts of demand volatility, yield changes, and capacity constraints. Partner with engineering, factory planning, supply planning, and manufacturing strategy, translating complex data into clear recommendations. Drive process improvement through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled planning tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain advanced package demand and starts forecasts for execution and capacity planning.
•Build and manage planning models incorporating wafer constraints and perform multi-scenario planning to assess risks and trade-offs.
•Evaluate how demand volatility, yield changes, and capacity constraints impact supply plans.
•Collaborate with Factory Planning, Supply Planning, Wafer, Wafer Sort, and Engineering teams to align inputs, assumptions, and execution plans.
•Use analytics and reporting to translate complex datasets and scenarios into clear recommendations, while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 56,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing environments; advanced package planning experience is preferred.
•Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis).
•Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
•Ability to develop and manage advanced planning models incorporating wafer constraints.
•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
