Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up while understanding customers’ needs using a digital-first mindset. Provide client engagement and communication, recommend appropriate retail banking products and services, and support branch policies, procedures, and support systems. This role supports customer service and interpersonal effectiveness across multiple consultant levels, with increasing depth in products, recommendations, and sales campaign participation.
