Supervisor - Maintenance Mobile Fleets

Oversee maintenance teams responsible for planned, unplanned, and emergency repairs for mobile equipment. Plan and schedule preventive and reactive maintenance, coordinate on-site and off-site contract maintenance, and work with planners to ensure maintenance work is executed on the Lucky Friday process. Maintain required CMMS entries and shift documentation, manage spare parts availability, handle breakdown jobs to minimize downtime, and ensure safety and compliance with MSHA, environmental rules, SOPs, and risk assessments.
