Competency Mechanical Engineer

Lead the development of complex mechanical parts and technically complex solutions, delivering designs end-to-end from research through detailed design, testing, integration, and project planning. Collaborate across multiple teams and “trains,” coordinate requirements and feasibility, and ensure industrialization, quality, and safety. Guide the work of peers (typically 3–5 engineers) and lead a small dedicated mechanical design team, providing documentation and expert input to cluster leaders.
