Key Responsibilities

•Support Work Transitions by developing and maintaining tools, templates, and forms to ensure implementation and adherence across teams.
•Partner on defining and implementing requirements for a risk management framework for sourcing changes or restarting manufacturing.
•Serve as reviewer for Work Transitions and Cold Starts, ensuring alignment with company standards and requirements.
•Review and evaluate Work Transition Exceptions to ensure compliance with process requirements and organizational standards.
•Track performance of transitioned work, create technical assessment packages, and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
•2 years of manufacturing engineering experience or an advanced degree
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes, sourcing, and supply chain management
•Experience developing and implementing risk management strategies for transitions or supply chain changes
•Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
