Job Summary

Own the design and delivery of Workday Talent/HCM solutions that enable key people and talent decisions end to end—from configuration and fit-gap analysis through deployment, stabilization, and issue troubleshooting. Partner with Talent, Product, HR, Engineering, and Operations to translate ambiguous needs into scalable system designs, lead medium-to-large workstreams, and set design patterns and configuration standards. Stay current on Workday releases and continuously improve team processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end Workday solution design and delivery, including configuration, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
•Partner with Talent, Product, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into system designs.
•Independently lead medium-to-large features and workstreams from discovery through deployment with measurable business impact.
•Conduct fit-gap analysis and make explicit adapt-vs-extend decisions, defending tradeoffs with data and logic.
•Act as a Workday subject-matter expert by setting and evolving design patterns, configuration standards, and documentation practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience independently owning medium-to-large Workday features or workstreams from design through post-go-live support.

•Ability to map ambiguous business requirements to specific Workday solutions and explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
•Comfortable partnering with integration engineers and leading fit-gap analysis to decide where to adapt vs. extend Workday.
