Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain AI-first QA workflows and an AI QA checklist that runs before human review, then support a repeatable human QA process.
  • •Assemble and maintain Braze email templates from approved Figma sources and reusable components, ensuring content accuracy, localization, and versioning.
  • •Create lightweight tools/scripts/prompts to standardize repetitive production and QA tasks, and continually improve the QA checklist based on issues found.
  • •Manage link tracking and validation (UTMs, deep links via Branch.io or similar), including automated checks for common tracking failures before launch.
  • •Troubleshoot and safely update HTML and Liquid code within established patterns/guardrails, and escalate complexity issues with proposed systemic fixes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Strong systems thinking and attention to detail to deliver error-free email output through a production pipeline.
  • •Practical experience building/operating automation (AI-assisted workflows, scripts, or process automation) in a production environment.
  • •Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email to troubleshoot, update, and QA code confidently.
  • •Experience with Liquid templating (or similar dynamic content systems) for personalized/dynamic email content.
  • •Comfort with operational rigor: naming conventions, documentation, change control, and ongoing maintenance of automations and QA workflows.
