Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and strategically develop national and global accounts within the Dairy & Beverages segment.
•Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
•Identify and drive business opportunities: innovation, new applications and portfolio expansion in existing accounts.
•Lead end-to-end commercial execution.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (RDA, applications, marketing, supply) to ensure solutions aligned to client needs.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of commercial experience in the food and/or beverage industry.
•Prior experience working with flavors in a technical or commercial capacity.
•Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
•Experience in Key Account Management and business development (farming).
•Knowledge of the Dairy & Beverages segment with a technical-commercial focus (ingredients, flavors, applications).
