Own Harvey’s global tax compliance and tax operations, including direct and indirect compliance, return preparation with third-party advisors, and managing the compliance calendar across jurisdictions. Lead tax accounting and provision work under ASC 740, support monthly tax close, and coordinate audits. Drive continuous improvement and automation in tax operations, strengthen internal controls for SOX compliance, and collaborate with finance and accounting to ensure accurate tax data flows.
