Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle: initiation, mobilisation, design/build, testing, cutover, hypercare and closure.
  • •Develop integrated plans, workstream structures, resourcing approaches and delivery governance to ensure delivery to scope, schedule, cost and quality.
  • •Manage dependencies across Finance, Technology, Data, Controls and Operations to support business readiness and correct delivery sequencing.
  • •Deliver Finance transformation outcomes across financial reporting, MI improvements, GL/SL implementations and finance process redesign/control uplift.
  • •Run delivery governance and controls (e.g., SteerCo/working groups, RAID, change control, cutover planning) and produce documentation/evidence for audit/control expectations.

  • •SME-level project management capability delivering large-scale programmes and complex projects.
  • •Successful delivery track record within the Finance domain, delivering quantifiable business benefits across areas such as financial reporting, MI, and GL/SL implementations.
  • •Experience applying delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and tailored/hybrid approaches.
  • •Knowledge of cloud services and how they are used within Finance solutions.
  • •Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix organisation, including facilitation and conflict management.
