Own SoSafe’s renewal engine and lead a growing team of Renewal Managers responsible for late-stage commercial renewals. Drive Gross Retention and Net Revenue Retention by managing pricing, contract terms, and high-stakes negotiations, while building a seamless operating rhythm with Customer Success Management. Partner cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting and coordinated commercial strategy, and scale renewals playbooks with an AI-first mindset.
