Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery on the Growth pod, building full-stack features that move revenue, conversion, and retention metrics. You’ll design technical architecture for experiments and monetisation flows, create growth loops, and run A/B tests from implementation to analysis. Work closely with PM and design in tight feedback cycles, contribute to AI-assisted engineering workflows, and help set engineering standards while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full-stack features that directly grow revenue, conversion, and retention, with impact visible in metrics within days.
•Design and implement technical architecture for growth features, in-app experiments, and lifecycle/monetisation flows with pragmatic speed/maintainability trade-offs.
•Identify and build growth loops such as referral mechanics and pricing/packaging experiments across both sides of the marketplace.
•Run A/B experiments end-to-end by implementing tests, instrumenting events, analyzing results, and feeding findings into the next iteration.
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s AI-assisted engineering workflow beyond your own use.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production features using TypeScript/Node.js and React (or equivalent modern stack).
•Active, fluent use of AI coding tools in day-to-day engineering workflow, with a clear sense of where AI helps.
•Experience building and instrumenting A/B experiments, feature flags, or other data-driven engineering patterns.
•Strong instincts for technical trade-offs in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed and maintainability.
•Based in or willing to commute to Boston regularly for in-person collaboration.
