•Expedite timely resolutions to reduce case closure times and escalate to Engineering and Quality as needed.
•Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers, keeping them informed on progress and outcomes.
•Develop strong communication practices with focus on customer service and solution quality.
•Mentor and coach lower support tiers, contribute to knowledge base content, and prepare the team for new product introductions.
