Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify Deal Desk bottlenecks and determine how to use AI to automate workflows and improve stakeholder experiences.
  • •Design human-in-the-loop validation, audit trails, and fallback rules to ensure compliance with revenue recognition and pricing approval requirements.
  • •Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for internal Deal Desk AI tools, from prototyping and scaling to beta testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • •Build agents and workflows using Glean, Salesforce (Agentforce and ClaudeForce), and n8n; create front-end applications using Retool, Cursor, React; and integrate enterprise data and APIs securely.
  • •Create prompts and workflows for models (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), manage cost envelopes for production use, document solutions, and train end users.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience building and deploying internal tools, automations, data products, or AI-enabled workflows in an enterprise environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of AI fundamentals including context windows, token consumption, compute cost, chunking, and performance benchmarks.
  • •Understanding of API usage, limitations, rate limits, and aggregating data across multiple source platforms for LLM workflows.
  • •Experience with scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python fundamentals, plus using foundational models (Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Grok) via web and API.
