Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Databricks, Spark SQL, and Airflow to power business analytics
  • •Implement automated data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting, and troubleshoot pipeline failures with root-cause fixes
  • •Write performant, maintainable SQL for large-scale data transformations and collaborate with central Data Engineering on schema design
  • •Build and maintain executive-level BI dashboards (Tableau, Databricks) and deliver deep-dive analyses for strategic recommendations
  • •Own key business reporting (WBRs, QBRs, forecasting), document models and methodologies for self-service, and mentor junior analysts

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in BI Analytics, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering in a fast-paced B2C/subscription/growth business
  • •Advanced SQL proficiency and experience building/troubleshooting ETL/ELT pipelines at scale with performance tuning
  • •Hands-on modern data stack experience with dbt, Databricks, Spark SQL, and Airflow (or similar)
  • •Strong data modeling skills, including dimensional modeling and star schemas
  • •Proven ability to build executive BI dashboards and translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable analyses
