Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules using forecasts, inventory, and capacity constraints.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Procurement to align resources, timelines, and material availability.
  • •Monitor and adjust schedules for real-time variances, equipment downtime, and supply chain disruptions.
  • •Coordinate internal shipments with Logistics to meet customer delivery requirements and minimize storage times.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory, yields, and schedule adherence while analyzing production data to identify trends and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of raw material planning, commodity tracking, and inventory optimization.
  • •Experience managing products with short shelf-life requirements, minimizing waste and maintaining freshness through inventory monitoring.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables, plus data analysis/reporting capabilities.
  • •Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred, with familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementations desirable.
