Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and manage onsite physical vehicle inventory to ensure vehicles are ready-to-sell and lots are clean and organized.
  • •Conduct lot walks and physical inventories to verify inventory accuracy.
  • •Maintain and prepare vehicles, including software updates, cleaning, and charging as required; support inventory readiness with sales teams.
  • •Partner with internal teams to manage lease returns, trade-ins, and fleet vehicles; coordinate logistics for vehicle movements between facilities and third-party locations.
  • •Monitor inbound shipments, perform/verify vehicle intake inspection against Lucid quality standards, and liaise with Service for required repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience in operations or support roles.
  • •Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in ambiguous, fast-changing situations.
  • •Willingness to be hands-on with vehicle operations and work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (with additional requirements for drivers under 21).
  • •Ability to perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
