Job Summary

Serve as a dedicated philanthropic advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, partnering with the relationship team to support philanthropic, wealth, estate, and wealth-transfer planning. Develop and expand wealth management relationships focused on private foundations, endowments, and planned giving programs. Maintain an established local/regional network and deliver services across a defined territory with potentially substantial travel.

•Advise high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals/families on philanthropic planning, wealth planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer needs.
•Collaborate with other senior members of the relationship team to meet client planning needs.
•Develop new and expand existing wealth management relationships focused on private foundations, endowments, planned giving programs, and other charitable entities.
•Maintain and leverage an established professional network in the local and/or regional market.
•Provide services within a defined geographic territory with potentially substantial travel requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
•10+ years of functional experience in areas such as consulting, accounting, or legal work with a major firm, corporate fiduciary, or nonprofit organization.
•Professional designation may include JD, MBA, CPA, CTFA, CFP, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), Certified 2164 Trainer, and/or Graduate of National Trust School Program.
•Broad knowledge of philanthropic, fiduciary, tax, and estate planning disciplines.
•Experience drafting or reviewing charitable, estate, business, or other planning documents for clients with net worth exceeding $10 million.
