Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and implement project survey plans and cost-efficient methods aligned with construction operations and business objectives.
  • •Lead and manage survey projects, track/report key project metrics, and resolve work problems to improve productivity and services.
  • •Ensure project leadership from primary control through construction layout, following survey protocols to maintain data quality and timeliness.
  • •Plan and forecast resources for survey projects, manage document delivery schedules, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • •Plan, direct, and coordinate survey parties and related staff activities, administer budgets/staffing, mentor staff across locations, and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant working experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of Qatar Surveying Manual (QSM) to maintain surveying standards.
  • •Knowledge of surveying IT/software, mathematics and survey computations, quantity calculation, and data record/back-up management.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are required to be successful in this role.
