Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually to assess needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Use a digital-first mindset to educate customers on self-service and emerging digital products, open new accounts, process transactions, and complete service requests. Partner with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience while leveraging tools and resources for operational excellence and accuracy, including NMLS registration requirements.

•Engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel based on their banking needs and goals.
•Proactively outreach and follow up to learn customers’ needs and banking channel preferences, and identify solutions for new and existing clients.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions, and completing service requests.
•Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications; educate clients on digital and emerging self-service products using operational resources and technologies.
