Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently mix inks (water-based, plastisol, or solvent) using Pantone (PMS) color codes, formulas, or customer requirements.
  • •Check ink viscosity and quality before runs, maintain ink stock levels, and archive customer-specific ink formulas.
  • •Set up screen printing machinery, inspect/clean screen frames, and mount/adjust screens, squeegees, and floodbars.
  • •Assist loading and feeding materials, monitor print quality during production, and guide finished products through the conveyor dryer/curing oven.
  • •Clean equipment after orders, maintain a healthy/safe/organized workspace, and dispose of chemical waste according to guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a graphic production environment or screen printing shop is highly preferred, with a willingness to learn.
