Job Summary

Drive Agile delivery and coordinate technology projects for cross-functional teams, blending Scrum Master facilitation with hands-on project management. Lead Agile ceremonies, manage impediments, and track sprint metrics while owning project planning, RAID logs, status reporting, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates. Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives across development, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming) and support Agile best practices.
•Remove impediments and coordinate issue resolution with technical and business teams while monitoring sprint progress, velocity, and Agile delivery metrics.
•Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, execution tracking, and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
•Coordinate activities across development, QA, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams; track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
•Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates to leadership, supporting resource planning, documentation updates, and release/deployment coordination.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
•4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery role.
•Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
•Experience managing technology projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
•Knowledge of SDLC and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
