Provide styling and product guidance to guests at the store, using strong product knowledge and active listening to understand customer needs. Create complete looks, suggest add-ons, and help customers through confident purchase decisions and a seamless checkout experience. Drive sales through customer storytelling while maintaining operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions, and giving/receiving constructive feedback.
