Hardware Engineer responsible for the full lifecycle of POS terminal hardware, from circuit board design to enabling repair technicians with effective training and documentation. You will drive design innovation, maintain a single source of truth for BOMs, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design & Innovation: Create electronic hardware circuits and PCB layouts that meet our high standards for performance and reliability.
•Product Mastery: Maintain and update the technical 'source of truth' for our designs, including parts lists and bills of materials.
•Empower Others: Develop training and procedures that help our repair technicians work with precision and speed.
•Continuous Improvement: Create and update repair manuals that make complex fixes feel simple.
•Rigorous Testing: Conduct hands-on testing of products and tools, identifying design gaps and recommending modifications to make our hardware even better.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and tracking.
