Job Summary

Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, interpreting schematics and blueprints. Troubleshoot drive and machine issues down to the component level for controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley), including PLC-based work and AC/DC electrical components up to 480VAC. Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians, respond to emergency breakdowns, coordinate corrective actions, and document work in Apriso (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities

•Execute advanced electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and installations, interpreting schematics and blueprints.
•Troubleshoot and repair drive-related issues to the component level for controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley).
•Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical components up to 480VAC 3 Phase, using basic test equipment.
•Lead, train, and mentor junior maintenance technicians and respond to emergency breakdowns with corrective actions.
•Record and document work and major issues in Apriso (CMMS), coordinating and prioritizing daily workload.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 15 years as an Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, or a technical degree with 7 years as a Maintenance Technician.
•Minimum 7 years experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Minimum 7 years experience with industrial manufacturing machinery.
•Controls experience is required, including proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred).
•Strong safety commitment, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to use hand tools, power tools, machine tools, and test instruments.
