Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own core People metrics for headcount, hiring, retention, organizational health, employee experience, and talent development.
  • •Build scalable analytical products including canonical datasets, models, dashboards, and self-service tools for fast, consistent answers.
  • •Serve as a trusted thought partner by translating analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for operators and senior executives.
  • •Partner with Engineers to improve the company’s HRIS and ATS connectors and support responsible People Analytics practices for data quality and governance.
  • •Analyze complex People datasets to identify trends, surface opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations; mentor analysts and promote analytics best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • •Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling across large, complex datasets.
  • •Experience using Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • •Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and recommendations.
