Data Science Manager

Own end-to-end demand forecasting and demand sensing across SKU, category, and brand for a multi-brand retail portfolio across the GCC. Lead real-time signal use (POS, digital, macro) to support near-term decisions and partner with Buying & Planning to translate forecasts into OTB, replenishment, and markdown strategies. Build customer segmentation (RFM/CLV/propensity) and prioritize AI use cases, expanding production-grade ML on Azure/Microsoft Fabric with monitoring and executive reporting via Power BI.
