Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise assigned laborers and ensure compliance with work orders, policies, regulations, and assignments.
  • •Ensure crew readiness for daily assignments, including preparation of truck/trailer, motorized equipment, and power/hand tools.
  • •Safely and properly load, unload, stage, use, store equipment and materials at client properties and in the yard.
  • •Operate equipment and tools safely per manufacturers’ instructions and OSHA requirements, including PPE use.
  • •Monitor work progress, report problems/safety hazards and maintenance needs, and ensure jobsites are left clean when the crew departs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 22 hourly

  • •Minimum 2 years of prior industry work.
  • •Supervisory/leadership experience.
  • •Clean driving record.
  • •Hands-on ability to work alongside the crew.
  • •Willingness to learn English (bilingual is a plus) and strong preference for landscaping experience.
