Director, Business Process Ownership - Member Value

Lead a team responsible for end-to-end ownership, governance, and continuous improvement of assigned business processes on the Member Value team. Partner with enterprise stakeholders to define process backlogs, business rules, performance metrics, and success measures using reporting, data, and analytics. Drive risk mitigation through controls and operational risk management, and execute process improvements using Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, and Waterfall across a regulated environment.
