Job Summary

Own product lifecycle management (PLM) data and system operations for the Propel PLM platform within the Operations team. Support day-to-day PLM tool usage, ensure material master data, BOMs, and planning requirements align across business systems, and maintain accurate, secure product data. Drive integrations with operational technologies, tailor workflows and data structures for manufacturing needs, and lead PLM-related projects while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Business Technology, and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day support of the PLM tool and product community; ensure consistency of material master data fields with other business management systems.
•Validate product data, BOMs, and Operations/Financial Planning requirements; collaborate with PLM vendor support and monitor system performance.
•Maintain Propel PLM system integration across product, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
•Maintain PLM system performance, security, and reliability as the system of record; ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of PLM data across platforms.
•Develop and implement data management practices; tailor PLM workflows, user roles, and data structures; lead PLM-related projects within Operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
•3+ years of direct experience deploying and managing PLM systems, preferably in operations or manufacturing.
•Ability to integrate PLM systems with other operational technologies (ERP, CRM, planning systems, and offline spreadsheets).
•Knowledge of CAD drawings, Gerbers, Schematics, and other hardware design documentation.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system issues.
