Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in the Inspection Center to achieve production targets and meet quality goals.
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, communicate expectations and performance measures, and proactively address conflict.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects; partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete effective first-time repairs, minimizing re-checks and production delays while maintaining safety and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using computers.

  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
