Job Summary

Lead a manufacturing/warehouse team in Tolleson, AZ, driving high performance through safety-first leadership, daily shift routines, and effective communication. Manage safety huddles and reporting, track goals and recordables, oversee housekeeping and labor per machine cell, and coordinate with technical groups during downtime. Supervise and develop Group Leaders and operators, including training, coaching, performance feedback, shift handoffs, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to Group Leaders and operators, driving high individual and team performance.
•Run shift safety routines (safety huddles, FLL walk-through/checklist, monthly safety training) and ensure safe work behaviors are understood and followed.
•Track and manage safety reporting and operational effectiveness, including recordable notifications and GDC entries/start investigations.
•Manage labor and housekeeping practices, handle VTO needs, communicate staffing and disciplinary actions, and enforce priorities during mechanical/tooling issues.
•Use systems for scheduling/admin (e.g., Kronos vacation/OT/attendance) and conduct shift handoffs, training follow-up, and performance feedback.

•Strong strategic analytical and planning skills to manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
