Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the process of transportation of customer vehicles within an assigned region.
  • •Use recorded phone systems for communication and manage email boxes for multiple locations; collaborate with regional emails.
  • •Monitor holds and verification delays; action AutoIMS for Trans Delay Holds, Cancellations, and ETA updates.
  • •Follow up with carriers on several VINs daily and request Hold Harmless/Releases; investigate carrier VIN kickback for re-dispatch.
  • •Maintain and correct corrective actions, vendor/master data files, and order entry failures; compile transportation data and report performance results.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years administrative experience (automotive industry preferred).
