•Build and execute the region’s business plan aligned to strategy, driving operational performance and regulatory compliance.
•Own and drive full profit/loss results for the region, developing plans focused on growth and productivity while managing risks.
•Lead strategic and tactical initiatives to balance revenue growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction, including retention and contract capture improvement.

Salary: USD 131,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery, service operations, or a related field (diagnostic imaging/healthcare technology preferred).
•Experience managing profit/loss business outcomes and developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent education/experience, 9+ years).
•Excellent leadership, mentoring/coaching, teamwork, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
•Ability to travel for business (approximately 60%) and lead/supervise others; must comply with physical/cognitive/environmental position requirements.
