Job Summary

Manage medium- to high-complexity commodity procurements for multiple internal customers within the Product Support (PS) group of Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS). Serve as the focal point for program and supplier communication, handling quotation, supplier selection, negotiations across price/schedules/terms (including software licenses), and post-award management. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Supply Chain Advisors, and Legal to finalize procurement positions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead quotation activities for procurement needs.
•Conduct negotiations with suppliers, including price, schedules, and terms/conditions (including software licenses).
•Select qualified suppliers and seek alternate suppliers when applicable with direction from programs and peers.
•Prepare documentation write-ups and recommend final Raytheon positions to Subject Matter Experts/Supply Chain Advisors and Office of General Counsel.
•Perform post-award management in accordance with company directives and work instructions.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years).
•5 years of experience in a procurement and/or buying role.
•Experience with negotiations (e.g., price, schedule, and/or supplier exceptions to contractual requirements).
•Experience processing Purchase Orders (POs).
•Experience with price analyses and source selection and/or justification.
