Key Responsibilities

  • •Head the Small Business Bank Design team and set vision and strategic direction for design leaders and designers.
  • •Lead high-impact, highly complex design projects in partnership with research teams and Product and Technology leadership.
  • •Envision, design, deliver, and optimize experiences across channels (web, mobile, sales, and servicing) using emerging technologies.
  • •Oversee design practice maturity across interaction, visual, and service design, ensuring effective use of tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems.
  • •Present work to executive leaders and stakeholders, integrating design frameworks, data, and research insights to influence decisions and drive outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,600 - 335,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience leading product design teams and delivering products to market.
  • •At least 3 years managing managers.
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact.
  • •Experience leading product design across UX/UI, strategy, content, and research from strategy through delivery to market.
  • •Expertise working within design systems and using design/prototyping tools such as Figma.
