Job Summary

Lead Wing Assistant’s inbound follow-up and mid-funnel engine, owning sales quality, consistency, and conversion. Manage and coach SDRs and Sales Associates, establish pairing and cadence standards, and run onboarding with the Sales Trainer. Design and A/B test email/chat follow-up sequences, manage no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns, and oversee partner-sourced leads. Review calls using a sales scorecard to coach discovery, objections, urgency, and second-call booking.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team (SDRs and Sales Associates), including 1:1s, coaching, hiring, and onboarding/ramp-up
•Own the pairing model between Sales Associates and Account Executives and establish cadence standards, ownership rules, and CRM hygiene expectations
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat; use scorecards (reply rate, re-engagement, conversion)
•Build and manage no-show recovery, turn missed/cancelled demos into rebooked conversations, and run reactivation campaigns for aged/closed-lost pipeline
•Review recorded calls and demos with a sales scorecard, run calibration sessions, coach discovery/objection handling/urgency, and join live deals when needed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role
•At least 2 years managing or coaching a sales team
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion
•Strong CRM discipline and experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, plus data-driven performance management
