Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale the test organization across Test Operations & Execution and Test Development & Design.
  • •Drive end-to-end functional testing across avionics and low-/high-voltage systems, including ATP authoring and floor execution.
  • •Partner with Design Engineering on Design for Testability and co-validate system test plans.
  • •Establish the manufacturing test roadmap from low-rate to full-rate production by optimizing test capacity, coverage, and cycle times.
  • •Lead test infrastructure and automation initiatives, transitioning manual execution to automated test equipment, data collection, and analytics while hiring and developing the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,100 - 190,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years testing complex electromechanical hardware.
  • •3+ years directly managing engineering teams, including team building, performance management, and resource allocation.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing and test documentation (work instructions, BOPs, process standards).
  • •Background designing, procuring, and qualifying test equipment, fixtures, and GSE, including capital expenditure justification.
  • •Hands-on test automation experience (Python, LabVIEW, TestStand) and aircraft communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, ARINC 429).
