Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day management of a multi-disciplinary Hard Facilities Management team and maintain service delivery standards across the hospital estate.
  • •Act as technical lead for complex engineering systems including mechanical, electrical, medical gas, fire safety, and building management systems.
  • •Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and statutory requirements, maintaining safe systems of work and managing technical audits.
  • •Manage maintenance compliance activities, asset condition reporting, lifecycle planning, and technical documentation.
  • •Support budget management, variation pricing, risk management, and KPI performance across the contract while building relationships with NHS stakeholders and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline.
  • •Significant experience in a maintenance or engineering management environment.
