Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the central hub for product updates: announce new capabilities, create feature descriptions, and lead training for Strategy and Growth teams.
•Own feature release checklists to ensure all launch materials are complete and high quality; coordinate collateral with Marketing and Strategy and hand off technical details.
•Centralize and manage internal/external platform feedback using Asana and partner with teams on pod meetings and client/growth interviews to identify friction and opportunities.
•Conduct regular competitor analysis and extract tactical insights from product demos and direct client requests to support the roadmap.
•Identify and coordinate alpha/beta testing clients and pilot programs, collect structured feedback, and validate functionality with Product teams before broader rollout.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in AdTech, Martech, Programmatic Advertising, Media Buying, Agency, DSP, SSP, or related environments.
•Experience in Product Readiness, Product Marketing, Product Operations, Product Enablement, Go-To-Market, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
•Strong understanding of media buying workflows, programmatic advertising, DSP ecosystems, and campaign planning/optimization.
•Experience conducting product demos, product trainings, stakeholder presentations, and client interviews.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and client-facing teams, plus strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
