Job Summary

Join a Building Structures team to provide CAD/BIM support, producing BIM models and detailed engineering drawings using Revit Structures. Lead a small team of Revit modellers, coordinate with project engineers, assist in estimation and scheduling, and deliver compliant BIM deliverables across multiple projects from Noida and Bengaluru offices.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Manage small, medium and large-scale BIM models for structures using Revit Structures, agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and numbering with project engineers.
•Lead Revit modellers, set up BIM models to project standards, and liaise with client/model managers to ensure model quality.
•Assist BIM Manager with estimation and costing of CAD/BIM projects based on client inputs and contribute to project scheduling and delivery programmes.
•Coordinate with design engineers, drafting teams, and external consultants to ensure compliance with BEP and ISO 19650.
•Handle high-volume drawing production under tight schedules and support submission drawings extraction and validation.

Key Requirements

•Qualification in Revit (Revit Structures)
•3+ years experience in RC/steel detailing
•Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
•Hands-on experience with Revit Structures software and AutoCAD
•Familiarity with Navisworks and detailing standards
