Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the complete lifecycle of the project, coordinating the effort across stakeholders.
  • •Analyze technical design briefs, coordinate with multiple vendors, and support technical design and review activities.
  • •Review MEP specifications, interpret contracts, and participate in technical and commercial negotiations with vendors.
  • •Lead and supervise/co-ordinate onsite MEP construction activities; review/analyze/re-design MEP drawings and material schedules to control cost and ensure timely completion.
  • •Coordinate electro-mechanical activities onsite with clients, consultants, suppliers, site engineers, and subcontractors; check and prepare VO and support negotiations with sub-contractors and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical/Mechanical engineering education (Engineering Diploma / B.E / B.Tech).
  • •5–10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • •Thorough knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and fire-fighting.
  • •Experience working for a construction consultancy in India and ability to interpret contracts.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
